Outstanding Company
Overall the job went extremely well, beginning with the estimator Kraig P. to the project manager Salvador M. and his crew to David P. and crew and Eberardo A. working as an inspector. The use of safety lines was oversold and misrepresented actual use. We are convinced that Patriot Roofing is an outstanding roofing company and is clearly focused on the highest quality installations. Patriot Roofing was the first company we called to bid based upon the company's website presentation. Spending time with Kraig discussing the detail of his findings and proposed scope of work left us feeling confident that we didn't need to evaluate other companies. The quality of installation and performance by all confirms that we made the correct decision.

Appreciate the Communication!
There were 2 small issues, but both were taken care of. One was some roofing that sliced through a window screen, but they took it with them to fix it and got it right back to us. The other was that someone had paint on the bottom of their shoes and walked across our paving stones. We appreciated the communication from everyone throughout the process and the attention to detail. We appreciated the follow-up and walkthrough pictures too.
