Seriously, I have NO complaints about the process. The only bump we had in the process was with the gutters. The estimator had added a downspout that I didn't know about and didn't want. Any changes like that should be communicated in advance. Overall, we had a great experience with Patriot and would gladly recommend.

He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely informed throughout the process. The team that replaced the roof was extremely thorough. They worked efficiently and cleaned up meticulously when they finished, leaving my property spotless. I also had the gutters replaced, and the crew was just as impressive.
