I'm mostly impressed by your employees' satisfaction with working for your company. Each person I spoke with stated emphatically about how good it is to work for you. I don't hear that very often.

I honestly can't think of anything to change. Kraig, Miguel and Jose (and teams) were great to work with. Patient with questions and responsive to calls/texts. Also told us at each step what was happening. Also, Scott did a great wrap-up and provided pictures, which we were hoping for. Professionalism at all stages. Much more than I ever would have expected.

Your daily cleanup was amazing. The timeliness of crews starting was awesome. Coordination with managers was great. Follow-up by the owner when the second install group came was reassuring that Patriot would take care of us, which was huge! Thank you!

Patriot Roofing Is Totally Awesome!!
We are absolutely thrilled with our new roof!! On our garage, Don has finished painting it, so now it looks new, especially with the beautiful new roof. Now we have to get the doors repaired. Thank you to everyone there, from the office to all of the hard workers! They did such a marvelous job!

Clean jobsite at the end of the day: Basically, everything was neat and tidy at the end of the day. Only the two spots where the paint brushes left paint on our aggregate steps and driveway were a small issue. And, these spots were pretty much cleaned up. Timetable - mostly good. You said the first day you started, you were going to set up, but y'all started right in working - Who can complain about that??

From my first meeting with Aaron to the project manager Eb, what an incredible group of professionals. Every person I worked with at Patriot Roofing was kind, helpful, and professional. The notebook describing the roofing process was priceless.
A Very Professional Crew
You absolutely did great - the job crew leader kept me updated via text, with photos, and verbally. The crew also did some (a lot) of carpentry on the garage rafters. A hundred years of rain had rotted the shiplap. They had a couple of hot days - barely slowed down - Please tell the crew thank you for the fantastic job they did!
