The quality of the work and professionalism were both excellent. My only constructive feedback/minor gripe was that the estimate to remove/replace the insulation seemed high. But maybe that's just the market rate.

We were so pleased with the process, it's hard to think of a critique. We did have a minor incident with the plywood used to protect the windows (no broken glass). It slid down and lightly brushed the windows. Maybe put sandings under the bottom edge. You DID do great from start (with Samantha) to finish (with Brian H). Kudos to Jeremy, Larry, Jesus, Hugo, Eb, and the teams! Appreciated all the communication, expertise, and courtesy. Thank you!

Fantastic Job
The Patriot Roofing team did a great job from start to finish, including communication all throughout the project. Patriot Roofing did a fantastic job on the roof, it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Patriot Roofing to friends and family. The one and only suggestion I would make is to ask the roofers to put items used, like extension cords and ladders/pushbrooms, back in the same place and condition. It's not a big deal to me, but it may be for others.

The job was done on time. All employees were very professional. The job was finished in mid-January. Your sign is still in my yard per my request. In fact, one of my neighbors asked who did my roof. I pointed out the sign, and he is going to give you a call.
Great Customer Service
Great customer service - Perhaps advertise that more! We did find some roofing remnants in the bushes when we pruned everything (Front yard flower beds). Otherwise, Amazing Job!

Aaron did great and was very patient with us!!! Kevin was always available for questions, and things went smoothly. The guys were all professional and seemed happy to be doing their jobs. Brian was also great. One improvement could be to create a website where you can actually see the colors on your house!!!
